Acceptable stay but with drawbacks
late noise basic breakfast
I found the noise from a nearby club REALLY annoying. It went on until late. (I am not a party animal.) the air conditioning was quite LOUD. The breakfast was nothing special. It lacked variety. I hoped for a quieter and more relaxing experience.

Balanced stay with some minor issues
convenient location pool access helpful staff dated room limited variety mosquito presence
The location was convenient. I could easily walk to nearby restaurants. I also liked the pool access from my room. The staff seemed helpful when I needed assistance.
My room felt a bit dated. The breakfast buffet did not offer enough variety. I also noticed mosquitoes in the resort.

shaded sunbeds comfortable spot
The resort's location right on the beach allowed for easy swimming and sunbathing. The shaded sunbeds provided a comfortable spot to relax without direct sun exposure.
My room faced the bar area, and the noise at night was a slight disturbance.

central location convenient restaurant spacious bungalow
The resort is in a central, lively area, yet it remains peaceful with abundant greenery. The beachfront restaurant and beach bar are convenient. breakfast is quite varied, though consistent daily. the bungalow was spacious, and the bed provided great comfort, complemented by a large terrace.
the front desk staff did not seem very courteous. at check out, they showed a towel with a mark, suggesting we stained it! it seemed like they wanted to deduct from the security deposit.

Mixed feelings about this stay. It wasn't all sunshine and roses.
loud music flashing lights
The noise was a real issue. the ark bar next door blasted music until late. I wondered how anyone got any sleep. flashing lights came through the windows. i also didn't like the cash deposit requirement. What am i supposed to do with thai baht at the airport?

wonderful stay, great location
wonderful staff gorgeous premises delicious smoothie
i wasn't expecting this resort to be as good as it was. the staff was wonderful, the premises gorgeous and the location was perfect. we had a garden bungalow near the pool, and we loved the space. the restaurant was surprisingly good, the green samui smoothie especially.
i noticed that occasionally, the beach area could get a little crowded during peak hours, making it slightly harder to find a sunbed.
Facilities

the resort features beautiful, clean pools, and i liked the monkey pool. the beach is easily accessible, with ample sunbeds available, and there is a relaxed and cute atmosphere throughout the resort.
Service

the staff members were helpful and always greeted us warmly upon our return each day. i found them to be very kind and provided excellent service throughout my stay, promptly addressing any requests i had.
Location

the hotel is centrally located near the main street and beach, but it feels secluded once inside. central festival samui is a short walk away, and various cafes and restaurants are nearby, convenient.
